Laser Tag Frequently Asked Questions

Does it hurt?
Of course not!  Getting tagged with a laser does not hurt.  Unlike paintball, there is actually nothing that projects from your phaser that can impact another player, therefore, no pain!

What is the minimum age?
The minimum age to play laser tag is 6 years old.  This restriction is strictly enforced.  No, we don't ask for birth certificates, we just ask you truthfully respect our rules.  They are for everyone's benefit and safety.  Oh yeah, there is no maximum age limit!

Do I need to make reservations?
You are welcome to come in during our normal business hours to play laser tag and reservations are not required.  You will be placed in a game with other players who are here.  You are welcomed to call our office and make game reservations for groups of 8 or more who wish to play a minimum of 2 games.

How long will I have to wait to get into a game?
We have no idea how long you will have to wait to get into a game :)  Normally, we can get you into a game within the first 15-30 minutes after arriving, however, there have been times when the wait time is pushing 3 hours or more.  You are welcomed to call us before coming down to check on wait time.  Unfortunately, we cannot make reservations or hold spots for you.

How many people can play in a game?
We can accommodate up to 24 players in a single game.  We play three teams, eight players per team.

How often do you run games?
We run games every 15 minutes on the quarter hours.

Can I be on the same team as my friend?
We will do everything possible to ensure that your group remains together and plays on the same team.  Just tell the game marshal that you have some people that you want to play with (or against), but, there are no guarantees because we have to make sure the teams are even- both in number and skill level.

Are there any clothing restrictions?
Tennis shoes must be worn at all times.  No barefeet or open toed shoes are allowed.

Is running permitted in the game?
Running, jumping, climbing, sitting, kneeling, or lying down is not allowed in the game.  The arena is multiple stories with ramps, mazes, is dark with black light, fog and loud music.  It's simply too dangerous to allow these types of activities.  Any violation of these safety rules will result in a game penalty or as a final resort being ejected from a game.  No refunds will be given.

Are the games supervised?
Yes, there is a game marshal in the arena at all times with the participants throughout the game.

Is  there a minimum number of players needed to run a game?
Well, yes.  2.  It would make no sense to play by yourself!
